Hello, my name is Robin Davis. I grew up in a small town Cabot, Vermont. Famous for Cabot Cheddar Cheese. Loving the charm of Vermont living, I did not move to far away. I opened Robin's Nest in the summer of 1986 in a log cabin nestled in the foothills of Danville,Vermont. with my husband Joe and our children
Casey and Brandy.

I am a growing amateur photographer, with a love of the outdoors and nature. I love capturing the intense colors of my subjects and the beautiful symmetry, shape, and texture of flowers. I enjoy playing with lighting, backgrounds and unique compositions to capture their beauty.
A lot of my photographs are taken in my backyard and in neighboring towns such as Cabot,Walden, Peacham, Groton and of places beyond. I hope you enjoy browsing through my "Gallery at Robin's Nest" and find that unique picture or handcrafted card you are looking for.

Also, I have been painting primitive and decorative art forms for 20 years,being a self taught artist.I enjoy painting on many different surfaces such as canvas, wood & textiles.

Recently, I started creating and designing hand hooked wool rugs, which are made of vintage woolens I have collected here in New England. You will find an array of these craft designs in "A Little of This & A Little of That" on this website.
